Budapest protesters block city roads

BUDAPEST, Oct 26 (Reuters) Several hundred protesters blocked some of Budapest's busiest traffic arteries Friday and called on Socialist Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsany, who last year admitted in a leaked tape of having lied about the state of the economy to win re-election, to quit.
Police attempted to push the protesters, many of them carrying flags associated with the far right, away from the city centre but did not clash with the demonstrators.
